1. Basic facts

A. The registration of transfer of ownership in the name (i.e., BT, BU, BV, BV, BY, BY, CB,CC, and CD (hereinafter referred to as “BT, etc.”) (i.e., 11 shares) in the name (i., e., BT, BU, BY, BY, CB,CC, and CD (hereinafter referred to as “the aforementioned 11 shares”) of Suwon District Court, as the receipt of No. 9692 on March 12, 1985, was completed with respect to the change of the name of the administrative district and the division thereof.

B. Since then, BT et al. died. The Defendants are successors of BT, BU, BV, BW, BX, BY, BY, Z, CA and CB from among the above registered titleholders, and inheritance relations due to their respective death and the ownership status of share in the land of this case are as shown in [attached Form 2].

C. The Plaintiff is an incorporated association that completed the registration of incorporation on September 3, 1975 for the purpose of promoting the rights and interests of senior citizens, contributing to the promotion of welfare, and promoting friendship among members. As its affiliated organization, the Federation, a Si/Gun branch, an Eup/Myeon, etc. has been established in the City/Do. The Plaintiff’s “CE Senior Citizens Association” under the Plaintiff’s affiliated organization has completed the provisional disposition on March 2, 2010 by filing an application against B, etc. for the injunction on the disposal of real estate of this case against B, etc. (Seoul District Court Decision 2010Kadan249).

(hereinafter “Provisional Disposition”). Since then, the ground for subrogation for the instant provisional disposition regarding the instant land was the cause of subrogation for the instant provisional disposition, and the registration of the shares in inheritance in the name of the Defendants was completed by subrogation for the “CE Senior Citizens Association CF Course” as the subrogation for the instant land.

On the other hand, according to the housing site development project for the CG district implemented by the Gyeonggi-do Governor, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the Gyeonggi-do Urban Construction Corporation was completed from April 12, 2012 to March 3, 2014 for the land in this case.

E. In relation to the acquisition of the instant land, the Gyeonggi-do Si Corporation shall set the deposited person as the “each Defendant or the CE Association Seniors Association Seniors Party” as indicated in the “depositor” list of the deposited persons.
