1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, Plaintiff BM, BN, BO, Q, BP, BS, BTS, BU, BV, BY, BY, BY, BY, BY, CA, CB,CC, CD, CE, CF, CH, CH, CJ, CK, and CL.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On June 26, 2001, the Defendant: (a) obtained the approval of the business plan under Article 33 of the former Housing Construction Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 6655 of Feb. 4, 2002) and Article 32 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act (amended by Presidential Decree No. 17816 of Dec. 26, 2002), and (b) obtained the funding from the National Housing Fund; (c) decided to construct the first apartment of EN (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”) with 14,963 square meters above a publicly constructed rental house, which is a public rental house, 14,000 square meters above the land; and (d) made a public announcement on November 28, 2001.

B.
