Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From D, the Defendant came to know with C through the introduction of the land seal, received the proposal that he would pay the gold bullion purchased in China to Korea as the transportation expense without reporting it to the customs office, and agreed to do so. The Defendant knew that it is not easy for customs office to detect metal detection devices in the event of concealing gold bullion in the port part of this paragraph, and attempted to transport gold bullion without reporting it to the customs collector by means of concealing five gold bars (1kg) of the 200g weight of the 200g weight in the port part of the port part.

1. On March 26, 2017, the Defendant, starting from China’s annual movement, boarded the aircraft arriving in the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport, and entering the said airport through the above airport entry port, and concealed five gold bars (1kg, goods cost of KRW 53,820,00) of 20g weight in the port, without reporting to the customs office as above, and imported gold bars in a way of entering the Republic of Korea.

2. On April 2, 2017, the Defendant: (a) starting from the Chinese annual movement on April 2, 2017, boarded the aircraft arriving in the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon International Airport; and (b) entering the said airport through the said airport entry port; (c) concealed six gold bars of 200g weight (1.2kg, goods cost of KRW 53,616,00, and No. 2) into the port, without reporting to the customs office as above; and (d) attempted to import gold bars into the Republic of Korea, and was discovered to be caught by a customs official to enter the Republic of Korea.
