A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

From August 2016, the Defendant: (a) was a person who operates the instant main points in Class D with the trade name “E”, and (b) went back to the Victim F (F, 22 years of age) and F, who was an employee of the said main points.

1.
