A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of one year and short term of ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 11, 2018, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official documents: (a) leased an EK5 car owned by Drenck Co., Ltd. on the front of the Yongsan-gu, Ansan-si; and (b) was demanded by FF to present a driver’s license; and (c) presented the G’s driver’s license under the name of Seoul Regional Police Agency, a prior official document held, as deemed the Defendant’s driver’s license; and (d) denied the official document by presenting it.
2. Special larceny;
A. A. The Defendant of H, I, and J’s special larceny: (a) conspired to steal another’s mobile phone in the Defendant’s residence located in Ha, I, J, and J to prepare for a minor person’s H, J, and living expenses; (b) on January 17, 2018, the Defendant: (c) discovered the victim’s Ha, I, and J on the road in front of the Plaintiff’s Dong-gu, Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; (d) Ha, while driving a vehicle on the front of the Defendant’s house in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si; and (e) accessed the victim from the passenger car upon the victim’s request, “I will only move by one telephone; and (e) the Defendant was waiting for the victim’s surveillance over the victim; and (e) the Defendant was on board the vehicle with a junopon which the victim’s market price was reduced to KRW 405,000,000 by carrying the victim’s junop.
In addition, the Defendant, together with H, I, and J, stolen the cell phone amounting to KRW 5,020,00 in total owned by the victims on seven occasions from January 17, 2018 to January 20, 2018, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Form.
B. On January 21, 2018, the Defendant, a special larceny of H, I, J, and N, committed a mobile phone by requesting the victim to “the victim Q while driving a P, I, J, and N on the P road located in the member-gu P, Ansan-si, Ansan-si, Seoul, to find out the victim Q, while driving the E-5 vehicle on the P, which is located in the Gu of Ansan-si, with H, I, J, and N., and H access the victim who was landed from the vehicle to “the request to permit only one call.”
