A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

At around 00:30 on August 24, 2020, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from the passengers of “a person who smokes tobacco in the subway in the subway train of Incheon 1 Line B,” left the subway train in the subway train by those who moved in the site.
