Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On February 28, 2013, within the subway station service room located in the Daegu-gu New-dong, Daegu-gu, 2013, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim to the effect that “A police officer, who was dispatched after receiving a report of a junishing failure, was sprinked for returning home from the victim B, a police officer, who was dispatched, and C et al. hear the service cause.”
