A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[criminal history] The Defendant is a person who received a summary order of KRW 5 million from the Suwon Friwon on May 30, 2008 to a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of road traffic law (driving), and a fine of KRW 5 million from the Suwon Friwon on January 23, 2017 to a fine of KRW 5 million for the same crime, respectively, on at least two occasions.

[2] On August 5, 2017, at around 00:14, the Defendant driven a CM3 vehicle at a 1km section from the South SP parking lot in front of the South SP public parking lot in the form of 0.145% alcohol level while under the influence of a vehicle without a driver’s license.
