The reasoning of this court's explanation concerning this case is as follows: (a) the witness C among the evidence admitted to the part of the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance is dismissed from the defendant's assertion that the defendant did not grant the right of representation to C; and (b) the evidence additionally submitted in the court of first instance is insufficient to recognize the defendant's assertion that the defendant did not grant the right of representation to C; and (c) the evidence is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is cited by applying the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the judgment of the first instance court is legitimate, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
