On March 31, 2012, the Intervenor A entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant E to lease the size of 12,279.32 square meters of the 1st floor below the instant warehouse (hereinafter “instant Ldong warehouse”). The 2nd floor below the instant warehouse was leased and used by AD Company, AE Company, and AF Company and AF Company, respectively.

1. The Intervenor I is responsible to comply with legal standards on environment, cleanliness, sanitation, temperature control, emergency exit, etc. and to maintain optimal conditions.
