A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Seized evidence1 through 28 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On July 30, 2002, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by Suwon District Court.

On March 21, 2014, at around 22:06, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded into a 2nd floor with a gas pipeline installed on the rear wall of the building, which was located in Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon; and (b) removed 100,000 won in cash owned by the victim E in the Kabter, in the said space, and stolen the said KRW 100,000 from February 24, 2009 to March 29, 2014; and (c) intruded into a total of 181 places, such as a private hospital located in Seoul, Daejeon, and Daegu, with the same method as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Form, the Defendant attempted to steal or steal money and valuables, including cash, at a total of 260,09,668 won.

In addition, the Defendant, from around 19:00 on March 13, 2007 to around 08:50 on the following day, committed a theft or attempted to steal money and valuables 19,927,000 won, such as cash, from around 19:0 to around 08:50 on the following day, by intrusion upon offices, etc. similar to 21 times, from around May 26, 2013, by opening a toilet window for the non-building in the office of the H Middle High School (F and 304) managed by the victim G and entering into the office.

Accordingly, the Defendant habitually stolen or attempted to steals the money and valuables of the victims from March 13, 2007 to March 29, 2014.
