1. The Defendants’ respective Plaintiff KRW 135,00,000, and Defendant SP from November 11, 2009 to Defendant B.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation engaged in the wholesale and retail business of household supplies and household supplies, and Defendant SP Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant SP”) is the owner of security-specialized company, and Defendant B is the owner of the Kimpo-si’s ground C-based plant (hereinafter “instant plant”).

B. On May 30, 2008, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the aforementioned factory from the former owner of the instant factory to KRW 20,000,000; (b) monthly rent of KRW 3,500,000; (c) the lease period from May 30, 2008 to May 29, 2010 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”); (d) on May 23, 2008, the Plaintiff contracted the said factory’s security service business with Defendant ESwon for three years from May 23, 2008.

(2) On August 10, 2009, Defendant B purchased the above factory and entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff to manage the above factory while succeeding the lessor status under the instant lease agreement.

C. The Plaintiff loaded goods in the instant factory and operated sales business, and Defendant SP received two keyss installed in the said factory from the Plaintiff, and provided system security services for the said factory.

On September 8, 2009, the Plaintiff terminated the instant lease agreement with Defendant B, and agreed on October 11, 2009 as non-working cycle.

E. On September 28, 2009, the Plaintiff was processed in default, and the creditors of the Plaintiff installed two separate locks in the above factory so that the Plaintiff could not remove the goods loaded in the factory of this case.

F. As to Defendant B on October 1, 2009, Defendant B agreed on the instant factory until October 11, 2009, and the Plaintiff did not deal with the instant factory later, thereby hindering the occupancy of the new lessee.
