The status of the parties is an autonomous management organization composed of representatives elected by the owners in order to manage 238 units of the brick digital ballast apartment-type factory (hereinafter “instant apartment-type factory”) located in 132-7, Seo-gu, Busan. B. 1) On February 28, 2003, the Defendant Union entered into a contract for the repair of defects (hereinafter “each guarantee contract of this case”) with the construction of walls and the guarantee creditor as the Defendant Venture Development as indicated below.

A) A contract was concluded and the warranty bond was issued. The warranty creditor of this case was modified from December 24, 2004 to December 23, 2009 as to the unit of the apartment complex from December 24, 2004 to December 23, 2009, including the designation of 298,361,084 and the foundation, from December 24, 2004 to December 23, 2007, from December 24, 2007 to December 24, 2007, from December 24, 2004 to December 24, 2004 to December 24, 2006, from December 23, 2006 to December 198, 907, 396.4.
