D, Defendant B, and Defendant C: (a) around June 2016, at the 3rd floor “H” entertainment business establishment (hereinafter “instant business establishment”); (b) Defendant D leased the said commercial sex business establishment; and (c) Defendant B and C decided to jointly operate the commercial sex business establishment in a manner that employs commercial sex women and manages them in the Internet advertisement; (d) Defendant B and C employed 7 sexual sex business women as the head of the instant office, including the instant case and I (request for summary Order on the same day) by employing 1 as the commercial sex business women; (b) Defendant B and C provided 80,000 won from the nameless male customers who were found in advance by telephone advertising report and received 160,00 won from 50,000 won among them, and provided 90,000 won from 50,000 won to the commercial sex business women; and (b) mediated sexual sex trafficking until August 6, 2016 by allowing them to have sexual intercourse or sexual intercourse with male customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
