On June 17, 2017, at around 15:40, the Defendant, at the office of the labor union of the 1st century in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, tried to see the Grand G (49 years old) as a substitute for the victim C (49 years old), by putting his/her name on the top of the presidential election of the president of the association, on the ground that he/she written his/her name rapidly in the presidential election of the president of the association in the presidential election of the head of the association, and committed violence, such as putting his/her elbow inside both arms of the victim who prevented him/her.
