A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 9, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of interference with business at Daejeon District Court on July 8, 2019 and completed the execution of the sentence.

On August 22, 2020, at the convenience store located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon on August 14:2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) at the convenience store located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon-gu; (b) at the above convenience store, and (c) at the victim C (a female 19 years old), who is an employee making a carter enter the said convenience store under the influence of alcohol, is at issue; (d) women are at issue; (e) women are at issue; (e) women are at issue only once, but only once a woman is finished; and (e) all men do not have to do so. 2. The victim of this part of the charge of obstruction of business is indicated as “C (tentative name)”, but the owner of the convenience store as described in paragraph 1 is specified as the victim, but his name cannot be confirmed. Thus, the victim is written as a name defect.

The Defendant continues to make a sexual statement to the above C (tentative name) while under the influence of alcohol, as seen above, and met C’s hand while moving within the convenience store, and C refers to a large interest of C as “I will report to the police” the convenience store owner and telephone call as stated in paragraph (1) of the victim’s name in the victim’s name, and as at the request of the above victim, C seems to have expressed a desire to talk with the victim while making a call with the victim and collected a telephone, the Defendant refers to the customers entering the convenience store, and “I am hys that young people are hyd and hys, such as those who have come to the age of the aged,” and continuously hinging them.
