Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 18, 2012, at around 23:50, the Defendant started a road in front of a terminal located in the new Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, and driven a B car volume under the influence of alcohol by 0.180% with a distance of about 2 kilometers from the road located in the front of the Cheongri-dong, the same city where it is a place where it is controlled.
