Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2013, the Defendant started driving B vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.154% at a distance of about 300 meters from the front of the Parisbrate, which is located in the new Dong-dong, dong-gu, Yandong-gu, Yannam-gu, and drive B vehicle under the influence of alcohol at a level of 0.154% at the same time as the day before the day of the Japanese mountain tunnel, which is a control place.
