Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 09:00 on May 4, 2020, the Defendant: (a) went into a “D” factory operated by the injured party C, Inc., and entered the factory, which was corrected in order to steal electric wires; (b) intrudes the victim’s external fences and windows into the structure; (c) cut the victim’s market price in the upper end of the said factory, which is equivalent to KRW 1,075,000 (former electric wire, weighted to approximately 125 km); and (d) cut off the electric power cables (former electric wire, weighted to approximately 125 km) in advance, parked outside the factory, loaded them into the E physical last car parked outside the factory and stolen them; and (d) intruded the victim’s total building and windows in five times as described in the annexed crime list (i.e., the total market price of KRW 50,500,500) by means of the aforementioned method, from around May 9, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure and stolen the victim's property.

2. On May 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) cut the power cable at night to a hacksaw that he would steal a power cable at the place specified in paragraph (1); (b) cut it into the victim’s structure, and cut it into the victim’s outside fence and windows in order; and (c) cut it out to a hacksaw that prepared in advance the market price of the victim’s ownership at the upper end of the said factory, which is equivalent to KRW 1720,00 (30 meters in diameter, about 100 meters in length, about 200km in weight), and cut it out to a hacksaw that prepared in advance for power cable at the upper end of the said factory, and cut it out to a hacksaw that is parked outside the factory, and cut it into the E-string car.

3. On May 4, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) issued a driver’s license for six times in total, as described in the annexed Table of Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Attachment”), including driving of E body-wide car from around 3 km to the front of the Flurg Village in the Glurg-gun, Gyeongbuk-gun without obtaining a driver’s license, to around 25, 2020 to May 25, 2020.
