A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On August 12, 2016, the Defendant sentenced four months to imprisonment for the crime of indecent act by compulsion at the Seoul Southern District Court on August 2, 2016, and completed the execution of the above sentence at the Seoul Southern District Court on October 29, 2016.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 1, 2019, the Defendant, at around 10:02, 10:02, committed indecent act by compulsion, the Defendant committed indecent act by compulsion by force against the victim D (a.e., the victim’s name, leisure, 22 years old) following the C Station square located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and followed by the victim D (a.e., the victim’s her body).

2. On July 2, 2019, at around 16:17, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (five years of age) at the crosswalk in front of the C Station in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, while under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant used the victim by putting the victim at one time when he was the head of the victim.

The Defendant: “200 Highest 787” was discovered from the Victim F (F, South and 39 years old) who is the subway security officer while boarding and moving a subway line 1 train in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was released from the East Station, and was out of the history.

At around 17:30 on December 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was able to re-enter the subway in front of elevators with disabilities, namely, Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Type 302 Eastern Station No. 6, into history in order to board the subway; (b) was prevented from the above victim; and (c) assaulted the victim by spreading water inside the life-related disease in his/her possession to the body and face of the victim.
