Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2015, at around 09:00, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim C (the age of 38) who is a subway security officer around the elevator No. 308 East-gate No. 4 line 4 line 9 of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a complaint of the fact that the victim C (the age of 38) who is a subway station controls the Defendant on the street, and there are a majority of users of the subway, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by taking the victim as the victim “Is the spite on the lower part of the nitrous test, a human son who does not have a head of this spath, and any other human baby.”
