B. The ruling of expropriation made on April 25, 2016 by the Gyeonggi-do Regional Land Tribunal (hereinafter “instant expropriation ruling”): The date of expropriation: The land listed in the separate list of land owned by the Plaintiffs in the instant project zone (hereinafter “each land of this case”) and the obstacles listed in the separate list of attached Form 1 obstacles (including trees; hereinafter “each item of this case”) in the separate list of land owned by the Plaintiffs in the instant project zone (hereinafter “each item of this case”) - The compensation amount is indicated in the separate sheet 3.
C. The Central Land Tribunal made an objection on February 23, 2017 (hereinafter “the instant objection”) by the Central Land Tribunal (hereinafter “the instant objection”) - Compensation: A statement in the column for “the amount of compensation for objection” in attached Table 3 is as follows.
As a result of the appraisal of each of the trees of this case by the appraiser F (hereinafter referred to as “ appraiser for the preservation of trees”) of the Suwon District Court 2016 A3703 and 2016 A3718 (hereinafter referred to as “appraisal of the preservation of trees”) (hereinafter referred to as “appraisal of the preservation of trees”), the additional appraisal results of trees, the quantity of which exceeds the species and quantities of which are exceeded (Evidence No. 18-2) are excluded.
