1. Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months in the Gwangju District Court on April 7, 2010 for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes. On June 10, 2010, Defendant A again sentenced the same court to two years and six months in short term and three years in long term due to the same crime, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju Prison on June 2, 2013.
2. Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on January 15, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 23, 2013. On May 9, 2013, Defendant B was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on May 13, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 13, 2013, and is currently being executed in the Gwangju Prison.

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes by Defendant A;
A. On September 30, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered and damaged the H truck of the victim G, which was parked in the front of the Seo-gu Seoul, Seo-gu F Housing; (b) destroyed the above cargo vehicle’s steering string string string strings; (c) opened the above cargo vehicle’s front string strings; and (d) cut off 10,000 won in cash, which were kept in the inside string of the vehicle.
B. On October 2, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant discovered K Freight Vehicles of the Victim J, which was parked in the front of the Seo-gu 1, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and in such a way as above, opened a front door of the said cargo vehicle and cut off the sum of 2.70,000 won in cash owned by the said victim, which was set up inside and outside the said vehicle.
C. On October 6, 2013, at around 23:20, the Defendant discovered the victim’s NF freight cars parked in the front of the Seo-gu L, Seo-gu, Gwangju, and opened a front door of the said cargo car and kept the inside light of the vehicle.
