As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.

2. 2017 Highest 420 Defendant A is a person who operates a commercial sex trade establishment with the trade name of “F” on the first floor of the E-E in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
