1. The defendant shall be Nos. 1 through 4, 8, and 8 of the real estate stated in attached Form 1 and the list No. 1 through 4 of the attached Table to the social welfare foundation A.

1. Basic facts

A. Social welfare foundation A has its principal office in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and carries out a program for protecting persons with disabilities under Article 2 of the Social Welfare Services Act, thereby contributing to promoting the welfare of persons with disabilities by developing vocational rehabilitation capabilities for persons with disabilities, such as the establishment and operation of facilities for protecting persons with disabilities, such as printing, computer graphics, editing work, etc.

B. On September 25, 2012, the Plaintiff issued a decision to grant a subsidy of KRW 1,190,528,000 to a social welfare foundation A for the new construction of a “workplace for the Work of the Disabled Persons with Disabilities” under Article 6 of the Ordinance on the Management of the Subsidies of the Yancheon City. The aforementioned subsidy of KRW 1,190,528,000 was comprised of KRW 595,264,000, 297,632,000, 297,632,000, for the Work of the Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities for the Disabled Persons with Disabilities (Reinforcement of Production Equipment)” of the social welfare foundation A pursuant to Article 6 of the Ordinance on the Management of the Subsidies of the Yancheon City for the Work of the Vocational Rehabilitation Facilities for the Disabled Persons with Disabilities.

The above subsidies of KRW 400,000,000 were composed of KRW 200,000,000 for national expenses, and KRW 100,000 for Do expenses and Si expenses, respectively.

A A newly built a building for social welfare facilities (as stated in attached Form 1; hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) on each land owned by C (as a director of a social welfare foundation A on October 24, 2013) with financial resources of KRW 1,151,672,00,00 among the subsidies of KRW 1,190,528,00, which are 1,151,672,000. On November 27, 2013, a social welfare foundation built a building for social welfare facilities (as stated in attached Form 1; hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) on each land owned by C.

E. By November 2013, social welfare foundation A purchased each machine listed in the separate sheet No. 2, and installed the instant building.

F. Social welfare foundation A shall be on December 31, 2013.
