A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. 2. The Defendant continued to use gasoline, which is a dangerous object from the defect intending to return to F, with oil 20 liters (20 liters) and prevented the front of the G fire fighting vehicle located there, and threatened the said fire fighting vehicle by spreading gasoline to the front wheeler and the front road of the vehicle.
Accordingly, the defendant carries dangerous things and performs his duties properly on the mobilization of the 119 report officer and rescue and first-aid activities.
