The imprisonment with prison labor for the accused shall be determined by one year and two months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 28, 2020, around 00:15, the Defendant: (a) threatened the fire officer at the above place; (b) and (c) threatened the Defendant with the situation where the police officer was dispatched after receiving a 112 report from the fire officer; and (d) threatened the Defendant with the enormous amount of plastic gate, which was at the close of the said place, in order for the Defendant to hear the statement about the fire situation, etc.; and (b) threatened the Defendant, as if he saw the enormous gate, she emblings, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
