2. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) filed a claim against the Defendant for the payment of interest and delay damages equivalent to 25 million won per month agreed with the Defendant on May 20, 2010, including loans of 15 million won and loans of 10 million won as of January 5, 2010 (the Plaintiff’s above 25 million won, in addition to the above 25 million won, also as of January 7, 2010; the same year.
