A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant of the forgery of a private document has voluntarily repaid the debt of KRW 15 million residing from December 2, 2019 to June 202, 200, but the Defendant had been willing to forge a loan certificate as if he had a claim against B, on the ground that B did not receive contact with the Defendant without paying KRW 15 million, after he hedginged with the Defendant.

On July 31, 2020, the Defendant, as the name of Gyeyang-gu, entered the name of Gyeyang-gu, "B, the borrower," in the form of "A4, with a tampial fluor, "Won 17,000 million won per day (Won 17,0000)," and affixed a seal prepared in advance to B's name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a copy of the loan certificate in the name of private document B, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

2. On August 10, 2020, the Defendant, at around 12:15, filed an application for the transcript of the resident registration certificate B at the administrative welfare center located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, exercising the above investigation document as if he was a document duly formed with the public official in charge of the name in charge who is not aware of the forgery.

3. Around August 16, 2020, the Defendant: (a) invaded on a special residence; and (b) damaged the Defendant’s damage to a special property by leaving the door door, which is a dangerous object carried after entering the door, through the joint entrance that was not corrected in Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Gyeyang-gu D, and multi-household housing; and (c) caused damage to the repair cost.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things into the residence of the victim, and at the same time, destroyed the victim's property by carrying dangerous things and damaged its utility.

4. Special intimidation Defendant is a hump, which is a dangerous object carried in at the time and place specified in paragraph 3.
