1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Attached 20 to 23, and 20 each of the above-ground drawings of the land listed in Attached 1 and 20.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the owner of each of the instant land.

B. On March 30, 2015, the Plaintiff leased the instant land and each of the instant lands to the Defendant with a deposit deposit of KRW 1,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 300,000, and one year for the lease period of KRW 1,000, and one year for the instant lease contract (hereinafter “instant lease contract”). C. The Plaintiff was paid from the Defendant for five months from March 30, 2015 to August 29, 2015.

On October 2015, the Plaintiff consented to the Defendant’s new construction of an office and a place of business 23.4 square meters (hereinafter “instant office, etc.”) on the ground of the instant land No. 2.

around that time, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) newly built the instant office under the Plaintiff’s name and returned the instant office, etc. to the Plaintiff at the expiration of the lease term; (b) the Plaintiff agreed to pay to the Defendant KRW 2,00,000,000 (hereinafter “instant contract amount”) as the design cost for the building necessary for the building permit of the instant office, etc.

(2) On October 1, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 2,000,000 to the Defendant as the Defendant on October 1, 2015.

E. On November 24, 2015, the Defendant successively connected each point of 24 through 27, and 24, indicated in the annexed drawing on the land of this case, owned by the Plaintiff, with 18 square meters in a warehouse (hereinafter “instant warehouse”) and 28 through 31, and 28, indicated in the annexed drawing, the part (a) of the ship, which connects each point of 2, 12 through 19, 10, 11, and 2, to the part (e) of the ship, which successively connects each point of 2, 2, 12 through 19, 11, and 2.
