A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than an entrusted business entity or the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, shall provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result by issuing voting rights for sports promotion or things similar thereto.

C, D, E, etc. planned a crime of opening and operating an illegal sports soil site for profit-making in 2010 to receive money from many unspecified people and to create profits.

C, D, E, etc. operated an illegal sports soil site in the name of "G" from around 2010 to around 2011 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City from around 2010, while controlling the illegal sports soil site, left only a domestic public relations team around February 201, and moved to a Chinese government office with its operating team, and changed the site name to "the site name" H, and opened and operated an additional I and J site.

C et al., in detail from the end of April 2013 to April 2014, again, from April 2014 to February 2015 to the Cheongdo of China, and from February 2015, from February 2015 to the Switzerland, the operation team office was opened in the promotion team office in the K apartment, L apartment, and M apartment in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and operated the illegal sports earth site by dividing it into the operation team and the promotion team.

During the above period, C entered the country as a general manager and took overall control of the affairs of the illegal sports soil site. E opened a site in a foreign country, opened a server and site, opened a deposit account and a back-to-door account management, and opened a sports soil publicity site, and D opened an initial domain account and fund management in the Republic of Korea.
