Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant committed each of the following crimes under the conditions that the Defendant suffered from the second degree of mental retardation disorder and lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions:

Around 13:00 on May 7, 2013, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was not unlocked in front of the victim N's house located in Gangwon Yangyang-gunO; (b) intruded the victim's residence; and (c) stolen the victim's house in order to look at his/her mouth; and (d) stolen the victim's vehicle with one cross-verification cellphone at the market price, which is the victim's possession on the part of the victim who was located inside the inside the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the inside of the said door.
2.
