A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2016 Highest 3224"

1. On June 28, 2016, around 18:35, 2016, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C; (b) committed an intrusion upon the victim’s “E” office in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, by opening the door in which the victim had stolen other things, and (c) went into the door through the door in which the victim thought that he stolen other things, and (d) committed a theft with the market value, which is the victim’s possession.

2. On June 30, 2016, around 12:00 on June 30, 2016, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim FF’s office in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) entered the victim’s office by means of a door in which the victim had stolen other things, and intrudes into the victim’s office; and (c) was stolen by having a 350,000 won in cash in the west on the west.

3. On July 4, 2016, around 10:30 on July 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) thiefed the victim I; (b) entered the K cafeteria of the victim’s name unclaimed box operation in Gangseo-gu Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Council; (c) intruded the victim’s property through a door-to-faced statement; and (d) was stolen with cash 9,250 won and the victim’s market price, one of the victim I, who was in custody of the victim I, was the victim’s knife with the victim’s knife card.

The Defendant, from March 2013 to September 2014, 2017, knew that he/she worked in the Jung-gu Seoul metropolitan shopping district from March 2013 to September 2014, and that the shop operators kept cash in the West with no special corrective device after the completion of the business.

At around 12:50 on February 3, 2016, the Defendant kept cash therein using the fact that there is no person in the shop due to the end of the business hours.
