Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2010, around 02:03, the Defendant, upon receiving a report from residents, sent to E in a considerable police station D district unit located in Cheongju-si B, and received a restraint, and said E expressed a desire to “I am well, I am you you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you see, I am you am.”

The Defendant continued to arrest the Defendant as an offender in the act of committing an offense, and committed assault against the victim E (the age of 24) by taking the Defendant’s hand, such as “I am feas feas, I am feas, I am sicker, I am sick.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the public safety and maintenance of order of police officers and arrest of flagrant offenders.
