Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was “C religious organization,” and the Defendant’s house located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-gu, and 201 around June 11, 2013, and received a notice of enlistment in the army training center located in the Geumsan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do, from July 22, 2013 to July 22, 2013, but failed to enlist in the military on the 25th day of the same month after three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
