A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. [2013 Highest 3959] From March 24, 1999, the Defendant entered into a check contract with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade in the name of the Defendant from March 24, 1999, and traded household checks.

On December 3, 2012, the Defendant issued a check number C, check amount of KRW 5,00,000, and a check number C, check amount of KRW 5,000 on May 3, 2013 under the name of the Defendant as of May 3, 2013.
