Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, he shall be 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 24, 2017, the Defendant damaged the victim’s property due to the Defendant’s 1111 complex B apartment complex 11, 1006, at the Defendant’s house located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, 2017, where the victim C, his/her spouse, was in a dispute with the victim on the ground that he/she had a cruel interest, and caused the damage to the said tree that he/she owned jointly with the victim by taking advantage of the influent tree in the market price in which the kitchen was in a kitchen.
