Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) taken or attempted the body part of the victims, who might cause sexual humiliation or humiliation over 13 times in total, as shown in the list of crimes in attached Form 1, in front of the inner part of the entrance of a female toilet of the building in Kimhae-si B on April 19, 2018, where the victim’s name is unknown (neither influor nor in color), using a camera installed in the cellular phone inside the Defendant’s cellular phone, and taken or taken a photograph of the victim’s body part, who might cause the victim’s sexual humiliation or humiliation over 13 times in total, as in the list of crimes in attached Form 1.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On April 5, 2018, at around 19:59, the Defendant entered the first floor of the female toilet in Kimhae-si, where the name entered into the said female toilet cannot be known (e.g., painting) and entered the said female toilet into the said female toilet for the purpose of meeting his/her sexual desire.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on women's toilets, which are public use places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

B. At around 20:09 on the same day as the above paragraph (a) above, the Defendant entered the victim C, entering the above female toilet, and sought to take a photograph of the victim’s appearance to satisfy his sexual desire.

Accordingly, the Defendant infringed on women's toilets, which are public use places, for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire.

3. On September 3, 2018, the Defendant entering into a residence: (a) around 03:20 on September 3, 2018, the form of the Victim F (24 years old and China) living under subparagraph 5 of the said building was confirmed; and (b) an entrance behind the said building was opened in order to examine the victims at a close level; and (c) the said building was located.
