A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 19, 2014, the Defendant driven a E-Poter truck under the influence of alcohol level of 0.142% without obtaining an automatic driver’s license from the house of C, which is the land located in the Gongju-si B in the Gongju-si on April 19, 2014 to the same city D.

2. The defendant is a person engaged in driving a E-Poter cargo vehicle.

At around 20:00 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo from the front side of the village hall of the Yeong-ri, Yeong-ri, and left left left from the front side of the water.

A person engaged in driving service shall not drive in the state of drinking, and he/she has a duty of care to drive safely by thoroughly maintaining the duty of prior-hand driving after obtaining a license.
