A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving three-wheeled cargo vehicles.

Accordingly, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted injury on the victim D such as salt, tensions, etc., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment on the victim D, and suffered injury on the victim F (V, 51 years of age) who is on board the said Lone Star Co., Ltd., which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment on the part of the victim F (V, 51 years of age).

2. Around September 19:17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven C Sick truck while under the influence of alcohol with approximately KRW 1km alcohol concentration of 0.166% without a vehicle driver’s license from the front side of the lush area of the lush city to the 1km 604 local highway.

3. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, without purchasing a mandatory insurance policy, operated C ice truck at the time and place specified in paragraph (2).
