1. The plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff A and B are directors of the council of occupants' representatives of the Guang-si I apartment (hereinafter "the apartment in this case"), and the plaintiff C are auditors of the council of occupants' representatives of the apartment in this case. The defendants are members of the election commission composed of the officers of the council of occupants' representatives of the apartment in this case.

B. Of the occupants of the instant apartment, J and 745, pursuant to the proviso of Article 20(4) of the Management Rules, among the occupants of the instant apartment, K was requested to dismiss the apartment by submitting a written request for dismissal accompanied by the written consent on the dismissal of K for the following reasons to the president of the council of occupants’ representatives of the instant apartment complex:

1. He/she shall refuse to receive a proposal on an agenda approved by the tenant to receive the payment and disbursement of management expenses (the proposer: Auditor C) at the current management office, the management office for approval of two persons of the council of occupants' representatives, the director of the council of occupants' representatives, the director of the council of occupants' representatives, and the chairperson, but shall approve the proposal

2. Violation of Article 28 (4) of the Management Rules, which falls short of the quorum of three of the agenda of the temporary council of occupants' representatives on November 6, 2013, and violation of the quorum and the quorum of the temporary council of occupants on January 28, 2014.

3. Delegation contracts for law firms L, consulting contracts for defect liability lawsuits, healthcare and defect litigations and requests for the mixed treatment of payment thereof (hereinafter referred to as "not requests for participation");

4. That the rules on operating expenses of the council of occupants' representatives have been solely enacted and promulgated, but the regulations on operating expenses pursuant to the rules for non-performance and for the Gyeonggi-do Rules

5. To enter false dates of birth at the time of withdrawal and closure of the chairman of the sixth council of occupants' representatives.

C. Accordingly, the instant apartment election commission held a meeting on March 10, 2014 to deliberate on the dismissal proposal of the chairman of the resident representative council, and the instant apartment management rules and regulations to K at the end.
