When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On August 14, 2015, the Defendant spite in front of the “C” located in Sacheon City B due to the victim D and traffic accidents in front of the “C” in Sacheon-si B, Sacheon-si, thereby spiting the victim’s face, spiting it into the blick face, taking head into the face, and assaulting three times in the face.
