When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 11, 2016, at around 02:50, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim C, a passenger of the taxi operated by the Defendant, on the street B516-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, on the ground that the cards presented by the victim C to pay taxi fares are not settled; (b) the victim was spiting or spiting the victim’s face in his/her face, spiting the victim’s face, spiting the victim’s face and sating the victim’s face and sating it into the victim’s face, and assaulted the victim’s face and head 2,3 times by hand.
