Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2013, the Defendant had interest in the Sinsi around 23:00

B. On the road, the starting time was delayed while talking with another taxi driver who was on board the signal while carrying the victim C (21 years of age, n) on his taxi and talking with the other taxi driver who was on board the signal waiting.

The Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the victim’s left arms and face with the victim’s hand in order to prevent the victim from photographing his/her taxi driver’s license in front of the police; and (b) assaulting him/her of his/her face with his/her hand.
