Reasons
1. Claim for the performance of the obligation to the Solomon Savings Bank (former trade name: Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (formerly changed: Solomon Mutual Savings Bank) on December 11, 2009, as to the total sum of the principal and interest on loans under a loan agreement made on July 15, 1998 against the Defendant of the Solomon Mutual Savings Bank (as of March 13, 2014) and the remaining principal and interest on KRW 617,605,759 (as of March 13, 2014) on the loans extended on July 15, 1998;
2. Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
