1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 492,78,599 won and 120,579,571 won among them, from June 4, 2015 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. Claim against the Plaintiff on June 28, 201 from the Temato 2 Savings Bank (former Mutual Savings Bank Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., prior to the change) to the indication of the claim, for the performance of the “claim against the Defendant on the total of KRW 492,788,59 (as of June 24, 2014) and the total of the principal and interest on loans under a total of eight loans between December 27, 1996 and March 17, 1998 (as of June 24, 2014) and the remaining principal and interest on KRW 120,579,571 of the remainder.”
2. Article 208 (3) 3, and Articles 194 through 196 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
