Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 3:00 on October 2, 2010, the Defendant: (a) expressed the attitude to pay the drinking value to the said C in a normal manner by placing an order for alcohol, alcohol, and alcohol; (b) ordered the drinking value to the said C; and (c) received an amount equivalent to KRW 280,000,000,00 from C, and acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said money.
