Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment for three years, respectively.
An application filed by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2013Kadan156] Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of ten months at the Seoul Eastern District Court on June 7, 1973, and one year and six months at the Seoul Central District Court on September 4, 1974, and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Incheon District Court on July 27, 2006. On January 11, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on May 26, 2012.
1. At around 13:00 on January 17, 2013, the Defendants: (a) reported the network outside the above house by Defendant A; (b) opened the door corrected by Drick with Defendant B along with E; (c) one half of the gold-half of the market price of the victim owned by the victim at that place; and (d) one of the 300,000,000,000 won at the market price of the market price of KRW 1,50,000,000 at the same time together with E; and (b) from that time, the Defendants, as described in the attached list of crimes, stolen or invaded the victims’ property at total of KRW 20,120,000 at the market price of KRW 20,120,000 in total, together with E, six times in total.
2. Defendant A, without obtaining a driver’s license on January 17, 2013, around 09:0, operated the said car at approximately 100 km from the front of the house of the above B located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front road of the Egypt located in Sungnam-si, and continuously, around 09:00 on February 13, 2013, Defendant A driven the said car at approximately 100 km from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the name of light at around 09:0,00, to the front of the city of Hongsung-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun, Hong-gun.

1. On February 5, 2013, the Defendants, along with E, came to the office of the victim JJ on the 13th floor in the Gu, Si, Gu, Si, 100 on February 5, 2013, and Defendant A reported the network outside the above house, Defendant B, along with E, opened a door corrected to Drick, and two million cash owned by the victim in the safe.
