The Plaintiff, which caused the claim, agreed with the Defendant to pay KRW 7.5 million to the Defendant that the Plaintiff paid the Defendant KRW 7.5 million, thereby repaying all the judgment liability regarding the case of material rent in Suwon District Court Decision 2012Na38855, and paid KRW 7.5 million on October 23, 2015.

Therefore, since all obligations based on the above judgment were extinguished, the lawsuit of this case was filed.
