1. The goods price for the Defendant’s goods (No. 2009Da44872 decided May 20, 2010) against the Defendant.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, which caused the claim, agreed with the Defendant to pay KRW 7,293,456 to the Defendant, and agreed that the Plaintiff shall fully repay the obligation with respect to the purchase price of goods in the Suwon District Court Decision 2009Da44872, Suwon District Court. On August 26, 2010, the Plaintiff remitted the said money to the Defendant’s account.
Therefore, since all obligations based on the above judgment were extinguished, the lawsuit of this case was filed.
